  • Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Ruffles EG is not responsible for courier delays, delivery errors, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
