Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Conditions:

No-cause returns or size exchanges:
Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable and covered by the customer. -
Faulty or incorrect items:
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the Exchange charge and we'll replace the faulty item with a new one. If Customer prefers a Return then We will refund the total amount (including the initial shipping cost) but Customer will be liable for the Return fee. -
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees, unless the return is due to a faulty item).

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

If you refuse a shipment or fail to accept delivery, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
