Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • No-cause returns or size exchanges:
    Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable and covered by the customer.

  • Faulty or incorrect items:
    If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the Exchange charge and we'll replace the faulty item with a new one. If Customer prefers a Return then We will refund the total amount (including the initial shipping cost) but Customer will be liable for the Return fee.

  • Final Sale Items:
    Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees, unless the return is due to a faulty item).


Additional Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

  • If you refuse a shipment or fail to accept delivery, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
