Shipping Policy

Delivery Area: We currently deliver to Greater Cairo and Alexandria and some select cities only.
Delivery Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are covered by the customer and will be calculated at checkout.
Courier Service: All orders are handled by a third-party shipping provider. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that unexpected delays caused by the courier are outside our control.
